Manufacturers are different, we know that! Some cannot afford to have a production employee leave the building for training of any kind, so an online and OJT apprenticeship program works best. Others do not want to slow production down by having lead operators train the apprentice, so they prefer to have offsite training. And of course some want a mixture of all - online, onsite, and offsite. You have options!
