Have a great day on the course, meeting all of the golfers throughout the day.
We are looking to have 4 types of Tent Sponsors. Those who provide:
- Food/Snacks
- Non-alcoholic Beverages
- Alcoholic Beverages (maximum of 4 course locations)
- Fun games where participants can earn prizes
All items are brought to the course by you, except for alcoholic beverages, unless your company has a liquor license.
Alcohol procedure:
- Beer, ciders, and seltzers are available from Legacy between $3 and $5 each.
- Liquor bottles are available for you to mix cocktails at your tent. Price to be determined between you and Legacy.
- SAMA will give you a final headcount as the event comes near, and your company would order 1 beverage per golfer from Legacy.
- Beverages would be served one per person from your tent location.
- Unopened beverages would be returned to Legacy upon completion of event.
- Final count and cost would be calculated, and a 20% gratuity will be added.
- Your company pays Legacy directly.
Upon registering as a Tent Sponsor, a SAMA representative will contact you to find out which item your company desires to provide.
Swag, such as water bottles, golf tees, etc., may be handed out from your tent. Any type of business brochure, flyer, etc., can be provided prior to the event, and they will be placed inside a tote bag which all golfers will be given upon completion of the event.
